Assisted Weighing System

 

Pesotec is a unit that guides the operator to the preparation of all chemicals not managed by the plant in an automatic way. The weighing list can be organized by barrel or by product.Each weighing carried out by the operator will be recorded in the supervision system, allowing measurement times and errors to be identified and tracked.

The result of the operation will be printed on adhesive labels containing the information necessary to allocate the dosage, which will be recalled and verified by the drum by means of a barcode.

The label also contains the risk codes for the products used.
